konkan women youth and students’ development central society’s jidda matimand school

a school for intellectually disabled children that hosts various educational programs as well as camps, sports activities, and cultural projects. their jidda udyong kendra workshop strives to guide these students to become self-sufficient and independent by teaching them professional skills.

a flood on the 22nd and 23rd of july 2021 resulted in significant water damage throughout these facilities damaging items integral to their work.

​

our funds focused on: helping them purchase items damaged during the flood, namely providing 6 computers, 1 inverter, and 1 laptop
